I aim to provide a friendly, personal service and take time to discuss your individual requirements and preferences.

I offer what is probably considered the most extensive choice of classic and contemporary vegetarian cuisine available and  to suit all  budgets - (click: Dishes & Prices).

All enquiries are welcome, whether it be for a one-off dish for a visitor or with a view to placing larger or regular orders.

My meals and menus range from daily dishes in individual or family sized portions; dishes for those special occasions such as dinner parties, festive meals, buffets & BBQ’s, to full gourmet menus.  Complementary accompaniments & side dishes can also be supplied.

All produce is personally selected and timeously prepared to ensure a high quality of  freshness, taste and nutrient conservation.  All additional ingredients are guaranteed ‘vegetarian  friendly’

In all vegan meals I implement the rules for protein complementation e.g. Combining ingredients to ensure a complete protein balance is obtained.

I am happy to tailor dishes to suit special dietary requirements, these include - wheat, gluten, dairy free and fat reduced options. Plus I can generally adapt recipes to eliminate other foods or ingredients to which the ‘eater’ may  be sensitive.

General

Portions are generous, presented chilled or frozen in foil containers.
The majority of  meals are suitable for freezing

I can  offer a home delivery service to Torrox Pueblo or a mutual pick up point can be arranged, alternatively you may collect direct. For Torrox Costa/Nerja a nominal charge of 3 euros will apply.  Note - unless home delivery  please bring a cool box or bag.

PRIVATE TUITION - If you would like an informal veggie cookery demonstration give me a call. Gather a few friends and I’ll come along, explain veggie concepts and a range of ingredients and cook 3-4 dishes for you and your friends to sample - its good fun and informative.

WINE TASTING - In association with Steve Ochman, wine correspondent for Streetwise Magazine, we are planning  to host informal wine tasting evenings with a light buffet being supplied. A fun and informative evening with a difference.
